A personal letter
Friend,
You have something special. You have greatness in you. And I want to invite you to something special.
Let me tell you what it is, and why I am doing it.
For over fifty years I have traveled this world telling people one thing. I have said it in arenas and boardrooms, in prisons and church basements, to people at the top and to people who were barely hanging on. Companies have flown me in and paid as much as eighty thousand dollars for one hour. I am honored by that. I have never taken it for granted and I never will.
This year the National Speakers Association gave me their 2026 Legacy Award. The men who received that honor before me are Zig Ziglar, Jim Rohn, and Brian Tracy. Those are the mentors I learned from. People I looked up to. To have my name spoken next to theirs is something that boy out of Liberty City could never have imagined.
But do you know what I actually think about?
You.
The people who come up to me afterward and hold onto my hand a little longer. The ones who wait in the lobby to tell me what they are building. The messages that come in at two in the morning from somebody who just decided they are not done yet.
I have met the most extraordinary people in the world doing this work. Hundreds of thousands of you. And for over fifty years I have been meeting you one at a time, in one city, on one night, and then we go our separate ways.
So I started asking myself a question.
What if I could get all of you in the same room?
That is what this is.
Twice a month, I am going to sit down live with this community for a full hour. Not a recording. Not a replay. Me, live, with you. And I am going to take your questions.
I want you to know what that means to me. Sitting with people that way, answering them directly, has always been reserved for my private coaching clients. I am grateful for every one of them and I always will be. But I do not want that to be the only door.

The wealthiest place on this planet is the graveyard. Buried in that ground are books that were never written. Businesses that were never started. Songs nobody ever got to hear. Dreams that people carried their whole lives and then took with them.
I have been determined my entire life not to be one of them. I am 81 years old and I intend to leave here empty. Everything I know, everything I learned the hard way, everything I have been given, I want to pour all of it out while I am still standing here to pour it.
And I want to help you do the very same thing.
The best thing in that room is not me.
It is you. All of you, together. Somebody in there has already walked the road you are standing at the beginning of. Somebody in there needs exactly what you know how to do. Some of you are going to build things together that none of us can see coming.
That is not something I can hand you from a stage. That only happens in a room.
And if you keep showing up, if you start lifting the people around you the way somebody once lifted me, there is a chair waiting for you on my side of it. I am training coaches. Some of them are going to come out of this room.
